Pageworth provides website improvement services including audits, redesigns, copywriting, SEO, and performance optimisation for UK businesses. The specific scope of work for each project is agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. Standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% on completion.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all work produced by Pageworth for your project is transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or damages arising from the use of our services or the performance of your website.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced proportionally.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
